Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

NCIDQ/LEED is a plus.
-
2+ years of interior design experience with a strong architectural understanding.

Portfolio demonstrating interior projects

Proficiency in space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures

Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe CS
-
Expertise in rendering software: V-Ray, 3ds Max, Enscape

Strong problem-solving, communication

English (B2) skills
Areas of responsibility :

Design cohesive interior spaces aligned with architectural elements

Create presentations (mood boards, sketches, 3D models)

Optimize space functionality and aesthetics, meeting ergonomic and accessibility standards

Collaborate with construction teams, integrating building systems (lighting, HVAC)

Source materials/finishes within budget, prioritising sustainability

Manage client communication, feedback, and satisfaction

Develop cost estimates and monitor project timelines.
